A bit of rain, a bit of sun, and a whole lot of quiet downtime at the coast this weekend. Trish and I rarely stay in and around Lincoln City, but staying at this lesser used coast town was a welcome change this weekend, and Bryn will go anywhere that includes diggable sand, so Lincoln City checks the box for her. ✔️

#tbt to last month when I raced my bike 350 miles at @the.big.lonely Grand Depart. I wrote some thoughts about the race on my blog and word on the street is that it pairs well with your morning cup of coffee. Link in bio.

#tbt to this past weekend when the Handrich fam drove to bend for a relaxing weekend, blissfully unaware that it would be the last weekend of 'summer' weather... 🌧️

And that's a wrap on @the.big.lonely ! What. a. JOURNEY. Had some highs and some surprisingly low lows in this year's edition, but was able to shave over 4 hours off my time from last year and finish second overall to a very speedy youngster. This race may require a blog writeup, so I'll leave it at that for now. Time to rest and recover! First pic photo credit: @ebb.media
