The 3rd annual Odyssey of the VOG is officially underway. As one of the race directors, it is so fun to meet all of these fun and energetic folks who have the courage to take on a 350 mile unsupported bike race. If you want to know how everyone is doing in the race, check out trackleaders.com and Odyssey of the VOG. We definitely have some speedy riders this year!
Each year, a friend of mine invites a whole host of us out for a weekend at his beach house in Pacific City for what we have affectionately coined Man Weekend. This was a particularly special year because said friend is also soon to be married so Man Weekend doubled as his bachelor party.
*NERD ALERT* WARNING
Another year, another Pole Pedal Paddle costume contest victory - theme: Aquarium. Plus we mugged. It's a good day to be team Rob Schneider's #1.
I did a 50k trail run and didn't have a heart attack! 😂 It feels so good to be symptom free of all things heart related and to train in the way that brings me joy.
